Welcome to Dat Nguyen Photography. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services
We provide wedding, elopement, couple, and lifestyle photography in Houston, Texas, and beyond. Details of your package, including hours of coverage, number of images, and delivery timeline, will be outlined in your booking agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking agreement.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

4. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. RAW or unedited images are not provided.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyright of Dat Nguyen Photography.
• Clients receive personal usage rights, allowing them to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use requires written permission.

6. Liability
We take every precaution to ensure the safe capture and storage of your images. In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances or equipment failure, our liability is limited to a refund of all payments received.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
